Headway – the brain injury association is the UK-wide charity that works to improve life after brain injury. Through its network of more than 125 groups and branches across the UK, it provides support, services and information to brain injury survivors, their families and carers, as well as to professionals in the health and legal fields.
Spinal Injuries Association (SIA)
The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is the leading national user-led charity for spinal cord injured (SCI) people.
The Child Brain Injury Trust
The Child Brain Injury Trust was established by a group of health professionals in 1991 to research and provide information regarding the effects of ‘traumatic’ injury on a child’s developing brain.
The Silverlining Charity is a group of like minded people helping anyone affected by brain injury to rebuild their lives whilst supporting their communities.
Access to Justice is an ad-hoc body set up to coordinate action to protect access to justice for people injured through no fault of their own. It is not a formal membership organisation and participation is open to organisations, representative bodies, law firms and other businesses that support injured people.
