As a client of Nestor for over ten years I have always found all the staff very helpful & understanding.
With the changes that have arose with the benefit system in the last year or so I used the Benefit Advisor at Nestor to reapply for my Benefits, as I was on DLA & as we all know now that the DLA has been changed to PIP.
The help I received was second to none as they were so helpful in my case with making sure that all the information I gave was correct.

The advisor Philip Runciman came to my house & we went through the PIP form to make sure all the information was correct and made sure we gave all additional information to help the process go smoothly.
