Headway Training Manager, Ed Arnoll, will also be giving guidance on how to cope with challenging behaviour from a client or their family.
In addition, delegates will receive a complimentary copy of the award-winning Headway publication ‘Supporting people to make decisions – applying the Mental Capacity Act’.
The day will include lunch and refreshments. Early bird rate until 31 August is £175 +VAT per delegate, thereafter, the cost will be £225 +VAT.
